- Stole hundreds of classified documents that he wasn't authorized to have after he left office in 2021.
- Openly aligns himself with Vladimir Putin (a murderous dictator).

- Has suggested unconstitutionally running for a 3rd term in office, which would violate the 22nd Amendment.
- Illegally federalized California's National Guard, which violated the 10th Amendment.

- Aided Israel's genocide and human rights violations of Palestinians in Gaza, and suggested that the U.S. should forcefully displace Palestinians in order to "take control" of Gaza, which would be a war crime.
