- Illegally attempted to overturn and subvert the results of the 2020 Election.
- Incited a violent insurrection upon The United States Capitol on Jan 6th, 2021.
- Pardoned the domestic terrorists and insurrectionists who assaulted hundreds of police officers on that day.
- Commuted the sentences of Far-Right Extremists that were convicted of seditious conspiracy.
- Stole hundreds of classified documents that he wasn't authorized to have after he left office in 2021.
- Openly aligns himself with Vladimir Putin (a murderous dictator).

- Has suggested unconstitutionally overturning the 14th Amendment (Birthright Citizenship).
- Has suggested unconstitutionally running for a 3rd term in office, which would violate the 22nd Amendment.

- Aided Israel's genocide and humans rights violations of Palestinians in Gaza, and suggested that the U.S. should forcefully displace Palestinians in order to "take control" of Gaza, which would be a war crime.

- Openly remarked about illegally annexing U.S. allies (Canada & Greenland).

- Appointed an unelected, unqualified billionaire (Elon Musk) that has illegally, unconstitutionally fired thousands of federal workers and career civil servants at independent agencies - including numerous Inspectors General.
THE TRUMP ADMINISTRATION IS CURRENTLY:

- Violating legal immigrants (Green Card holders, Student Visa holders) Constitutional rights to Due Process by unjustly deporting them without cause.

- Suggesting that the Executive Branch has absolute power and doesn't have to abide by Federal courts or laws.

- Refusing to comply with a Supreme Court order to bring home a wrongfully-deported Maryland Resident (Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia) from El Salvador.​

- Suggesting deporting U.S. Citizens who are criminals to El Salvador, which would violate international law.
CONCLUSION:

Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment explicitly PROHIBITS government officials from holding public office if they have "engaged in insurrection or rebellion" against the United States Government or "given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof". HOW DID YOU BECOME AN AMPUTEE?
At birth, my right leg had gangrene in it. In order to prevent it from spreading to the rest of my body, my leg was amputated above the knee. I use a prosthesis to get around.
