In the wake ov international conflict, terrorist attacks begin to increase against civilians, and human rights are ruthlessly violated, as injustice becomes law. Millions ov innocent men, women and children are exterminated in the crossfire. This is a proclamation and a warning ov the pestilent evil that will befall mankind. Nation shall invade nation, and brother shall rise against brother.
Humanity is plunging towards self-inflicted war, peril and chaos, and right at this moment,
